Quickbooks 101

Learn to use Quickbooks from the ground up. This basic class will teach you all you need to know in order to record your checks and deposits, reconcile your bank statement and prepare accurate reports to help manage your business more effectively. Our small-class sizes and one-on-one instruction have proved the most effective way to give non-accountants the tools to run a business successfully.

Quickbooks Payroll

Save on costly services by "doing it yourself." This 2 hour class covers the basics of setting up payroll items and employees, preparing payroll checks and tax deposits and end-of-the-quarter payroll reports.

Quickbooks Job costing and Project Tracking

Need to know whether your projects are making money? This 2 hour course will cover charging payroll and materials to jobs and reporting on job profitability on an interim basis and upon completion.

Quickbooks Inventory

Need to track purchases and sales of inventory? Learn to set up inventory items properly and to enter purchases and sales of these items in order to accurately track quantityt/value on hand whenever necessary.
